nuoarchive recover

Use nuoarchive recover to recover a journal. After nuoarchive recover is complete, all journaled messages are applied to the archive and the journal becomes empty. The journal is no longer needed to start a Storage Manager (SM) on the archive.

Syntax

nuoarchive recover [--help|--version]

nuoarchive recover [--quiet]
                   [--journal-dir <dir>]
                   [--mem <memory>]
                   <location>

Options

--help: Display a list of options.
--version: Show the nuoarchive command version.
--quiet: Generate no output.
--journal-dir: Specify the location of the journal directory, in case nuoarchive recover cannot find it. This is needed when the journal is kept separately from the archive and is moved from the location where the archive expects it.
--mem: Specify the memory threshold.
location: Specify the location of the archive directory.
