The NuoDB Manager
diagnose command performs a system dump that you can send to NuoDB support for analysis. Most likely this will be at the request of NuoDB support.
The system dump can contain database data but can be dumped to not include this data. In rare cases where a NuoDB process terminates unexpectedly, the crash file will be written to a crash subdirectory in the NuoDB log directory. See Agent Log Description for the location of the NuoDB log directory on your platform. All crash files should be sent to support for analysis.
