Unquiesce Database

This is a NuoDB Manager command. See NuoDB Manager.

Description

Causes transaction engines in the specified database to resume operations after being quiesced.

Syntax

unquiesce database database_name

Parameters

Interactive Example

nuodb [domain/test] > show domain processes
Database: test
 
[SM] local/10.1.37.172:51370 [ pid = 697 ] QUIESCED
[TE] local/10.1.37.172:51381 [ pid = 703 ] QUIESCED
 
nuodb [domain/test] > unquiesce database test
nuodb [domain/test] > show domain processes

Scripting Example

The same unquiesce database command can be executed with --command as follows:

nuodbmgr --broker host --password password \
    --command "unquiesce database test"
