Start a Database in a Managed Environment

This is a NuoDB Manager command. See NuoDB Manager.

Description

Start a database that has previously been shut down (see Shutdown Database).

Syntax

start database database_name 
    [timeout timeout_value]

Interactive Example

Start a database that has been shut down or stopped:

nuodb [domain] > show domain summary

The same start database command can be executed with --command as follows:

nuodbmgr --broker host --password password \
