Show Database Version

This is a NuoDB Manager command. See NuoDB Manager.

Description

The version of the database protocol used by the database processes is stored in the NuoDB Archive so that when a new database is started, the processes know which protocol to communicate with. To check to see if a new database protocol version is available, run NuoDB Manager's show database version command.

If a later database protocol version is available, you may upgrade the database protocol. For information on upgrading the database protocol, see Upgrade Database.

All parameters are optional.
