Restore DomainConfiguration

This is a NuoDB Manager command. See NuoDB Manager.

Description

The restore domainConfiguration command takes a key/value store file generated by the capture domainConfiguration command (see Capture Domain Configuration) and restores the settings from the file into the current domain.

Syntax

restore domainConfiguration 
    file file_name 
    [ putIfAbsent { true | false } ]

Parameters

Interactive Example

Restore alarm definitions that were previously saved with the capture domainConfiguration command.

nuodb [domain] > restore domainConfiguration
Domain Configuration File: alarmDefs.save
Put Key only if absent (default: true): 
Updated: 3

Scripting Example

The same restore domainConfiguration command can be executed with --command as follows:

nuodbmgr --broker host --password password \
    --command "restore domainConfiguration file alarmDefs.save"
