This is a NuoDB Manager command. See NuoDB Manager.

The diagnose command allows you to easily collect diagnostic data (logs, system information, core/dump files, etc) about the NuoDB environment. Use nuodbmgr with the diagnose command to troubleshoot issues when working with NuoDB support.

The diagnostic data collected by the diagnose command is a compressed archive (a zip file) that contains the following elements:

diagnose  { domain | database database_name | host host_name [ process pid ] }
    outdir outdir_name
    [ fullcore { true | false | none } ]
    [ metadata { full | none } ]
    [ parallel { true | false} ]
    [ overwrite { true | false} ]
    [ timeout timeout_value]
diagnose raftlog outdir outdir_name [ overwrite { true | false} ]
